Two ways to purchase online

If paying by credit card all we need you to do is print out and complete the credit card form (link below) and fax it back to us at 305-274-6313 along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and a picture id. Item must be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company and there is no sales tax added if item is delivered outside of Florida. 2) Credit Card Purchase
